However, if you plan to hire multiple VAs or need ongoing support, our Membership Plus plan is a more cost-effective option, as it waives the fee entirely and includes additional perks like free coaching calls, GPT access, and discounts on services.

What happens if the VA I’m matched with isn’t a good fit?

We stand by the quality of our matching process. If the VA you’re matched with isn’t the right fit, we offer one free replacement within the first 30 days. After that, additional matches can be arranged for a reduced headhunting fee. Membership subscribers, however, enjoy unlimited replacements at no additional cost.
